Each treatment is specifically designed and tailored to the patient. Maya Suzuki will stay in the room with the patient for the duration of the treatment to ensure maximum saftey and efficacy of each treatment. Each treatment last between 30-60 minutes.

I have a high risk pregnancy. Can I still be treated?

YES! High risk pregnancies have the most to gain from Traditional Japanese Acupuncture as the treatment can help with so many of the complications you as a parent may be facing.

How soon should I come in if I am breech?

Please come in for treatment if you are breech at your 28 week checkup and beyond. Acupuncture can help baby to flip

I’m afraid of needles. Can I still receive Traditional Japanese Acupuncture?

YES! Traditional Japanese Acupuncture is very effective and an extremely comfortable experience. Treatment is tailored to the individual so even the most sensitive can receive treatment with ease and comfort.

How many treatment on average are needed?

This really depends on the person and what is being treated. Acute issues can usually be resolved within 1-3 treatments. Chronic issues take longer to resolve.
